Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or as “try before you buy” purchases. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription term and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you have paid in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available, but is expected to become available at a later date.
